Practical help with doors, trim, fixtures, drywall, maintenance, installations, and the repairs that keep a home working properly.
About the builder
Paul brings hands-on experience, practical problem-solving, and careful craftsmanship to repairs, renovations, custom homes, and specialized ICF construction.
Paul — Lead Builder
Paul has more than ten years of experience in general construction, home repairs, renovations, exterior projects, and custom carpentry. He takes pride in providing dependable work and straightforward communication from the first conversation through the finished project.
His experience covers projects of many sizes. That may mean repairing a door, rebuilding a deck, finishing custom trim, updating a kitchen, or organizing the many stages involved in constructing a complete new home.
Paul also focuses on new-home construction using Insulated Concrete Forms, commonly called ICF. These builds combine reinforced concrete and continuous insulation to create strong, efficient, and comfortable homes.
No matter the size of the job, his goal remains the same: understand what the customer needs, complete the work carefully, and leave behind a result they can feel confident about.

Discuss Your ProjectEvery project begins by understanding the customer’s needs, priorities, concerns, and plans for the space.
Options are considered based on the condition of the property, the scope of the work, and the desired result.
Customers should understand what work is being completed, what comes next, and when decisions need to be made.
Details, durability, cleanup, and the overall finished result all matter before a project is considered complete.
What matters on every job
Every project is approached with respect for the customer, the property, and the long-term quality of the finished work.
Customers deserve a builder who communicates, follows through, and takes their project seriously.
The customer, their property, and the surrounding work area are treated with care throughout the project.
Small details affect how a project looks, functions, and holds up over time.
Materials and building methods are selected with the long-term strength and usefulness of the finished work in mind.
